RACE INFORMATION
| History | In 2006, personal training company, Innovative Fitness partnered with
Canuck Place Children’s Hospice for the inaugural Adventure Challenge
fitness fundraising event.In keeping with Innovative’s motto of “What IF you could?™” the
three-part race comprising of kayaking, hiking and biking over a
variety of distances (short & medium)
challenges the participants both mentally and physically all while
supporting the Hospice. All participants raise funds for Canuck Place
via pledges from their individual and/or team supporters. The Challenge – to raise a minimum of $1,000 in pledges for Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, with all proceeds directly benefiting the children and families. |
