MAY 31, 2009

Join us on May 31, 2009 for the 3rd Annual TENDER KNEE TRAIL RUN. From the start in the beautiful Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve to the finish on the shores of Deep Cove, racers will be treated to some of the most amazing trails on the planet...not to mention the punishment of the infamous Powerline Climb.

In addition to a spectacularly challenging course, there are many other highlights, including: an awesome wrap party and awards ceremony at Taylor's Crossing Brew Pub, a discounted shopping night at North Shore Athletics, and the sense of achievement that comes with conquering such a spectacularly challenging course!
