Open (Community) Race and Relay: 8:00 AM
Championship Race (Elite): 9:00 AM
Start Location Parkgate Community Center, North Vancouver
Finish Location Mount Seymour Resort, North Vancouver
 
ROUTE INFORMATION

Distance
Solo: 12km
2-Person Relay: 12km (each stage is approximately 6km in length)

Shuttle Bus & Bag Transfer Service
Shuttle service will be made available to all participants ($3.00). It is highly recommended that you leave your car at the finish and take the bus to the start of the race as there is extremely limited parking at the start of the race.
 
Community and Relay Events
First bus leaves at 6:30 AM
Second bus leaves at 7:00 AM
 
Relay Participants (Stage 2)
Bus leaves start line (Parkgate) at 7:30 AM
 
Relay Participants (Stage 1)
Bus leaves Relay Transition at 9:00 AM (approx) to take you to the Finish
 
Championship Participants
Bus leaves Finish Line at 7:30 AM
 
Bag Transfer Service (Community and Championship Participants)
Please drop off your bag (with tag / bib # info attached) at vehicle marked "Bag Transfer" no later than 15minutes prior to event start
 
Bag Transfer Service (Relay)
Stage 1 Participants: please place your bag on Shuttle headed to Relay Transition
Stage 2 Participants: please place your bag on Shuttle headed to Finish line (the bus you arrived on)
