COURSE DESCRIPTION
Start: Parkgate Community Center, 3655 Banff Court, North Vancouver

·         East on Banff Court to Mount Seymour Road

·         Turn left onto Mount Seymour and run along shoulder

·         Turn left onto OLD BUCK TRAIL (watch out for large boulder in the middle of trail)

·         OLD BUCK TRAIL to Anne Macdonald Way

·         Cross Anne Macdonald Way, through parking lot, and back onto OLD BUCK TRAIL

·         North on OLD BUCK TRAIL to the BADEN POWELL TRAIL and into

AID STATION #1 (approx. 3.5km)

·         Continue North on the OLD BUCK TRAIL to the POWERLINE TRAIL

·         Turn left and head west on the POWERLINE TRAIL to the INCLINE TRAIL

·         Turn right onto the INCLINE TRAIL and head straight up (very steep and technical) to Mount Seymour Road

·         Cross Mount Seymour Road

·         Turn right and run down Mount Seymour Road to the entrance to the VANCOUVER PICNIC AREA

AID STATION #2 and RELAY TRANSITION (approx. 6km)

·         Head East on the OLD BUCK ACCESS TRAIL to the OLD BUCK TRAIL (this is a relatively flat section)

·         Turn left onto the OLD BUCK TRAIL and head uphill to the DEEP COVE LOOKOUT

AID STATION #3 (approx. 9km)

·         Back onto the OLD BUCK TRAIL which eventually becomes the PERIMETER TRAIL

·         PERIMETER TRAIL to GOLDIE LAKE

·         Turn right onto the GOLDIE LAKE LOOP TRAIL and run counter-clockwise around the lake

·         Stay straight through the next two intersections and follow the trail to the finish at

MOUNT SEYMOUR RESORT
